How long we keep it

  • Quote requests and messages that don't lead to an introduction: [HOW LONG WE KEEP ENQUIRIES] from our last contact with you.
  • A record of an introduction, what you agreed to and when: [HOW LONG WE KEEP ORDER RECORDS], in case of questions later and for our accounts.
  • If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep your email address and phone number on a "do not contact" list so we don't contact you again by mistake.

After that, we delete your details or make them anonymous.

  • give you a copy of your details;
  • correct anything that's wrong;
  • delete your details;
  • stop or limit how we use them;
  • move them to another organisation, where that applies.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by saying stop. You can also object to us using your details for our legitimate interests.

If we've already passed your details to an installer with your agreement, we'll tell them you've asked to stop. You may need to ask them directly too.

To use any of these rights, use our contact form. We'll reply within one month. It's free.
