This site keeps a few small things in your browser so the forms work. Analytics stay off unless you say yes.
Cookies we use
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Sites can also use "browser storage", which works in a similar way. On this page, "cookies" means both.
Always on
The site needs these to work. They don't track you across other sites.
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your request (browser storage) | Shows the right thank-you message and lets you add details to the request you've just sent | Until you close the tab |
| Your cookie choice | Remembers whether you allowed analytics | 6 months (also kept in your browser's storage until you clear it) |
| Cloudflare security (`__cf_bm`) | Helps block bots and attacks on the site | 30 minutes (only set if Cloudflare's bot protection checks your visit) |
We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. You can switch it off in the cookie settings.
Analytics (only if you allow them)
These show us which pages are useful and where people get stuck. They only load after you press "Allow" on the cookie banner.
| Service | Cookies | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | `_ga`, `_ga_DYXGE0ES0G` | Counts visits and shows which pages people use | Up to 2 years |
| Microsoft Clarity | `_clck`, `_clsk`, `CLID`, `MUID`, `ANONCHK`, `MR`, `SM` | Shows how pages are used through heatmaps and session replays (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) | From the end of your visit up to 1 year |
Clarity is set to hide anything you type into forms. Google and Microsoft may process this data outside the UK; see our privacy notice.
We don't use advertising or social media tracking cookies.
