Who contacts you
We do, first. Newcastle Home Solar is a small Newcastle business. We read your request and get back to you by phone, text or email.
If you'd like a quote, we look for an installer who covers your area and does the kind of job you want. We tell you their name before anything else happens. Only if you say yes do we send them your details. They then contact you to arrange a survey and a written quote.
If we can't find an installer for your area straight away, we'll tell you, and hold your request if you'd like us to.
- We never send your details to a list of firms to call you
- We never sell your details
- You can say no at any point
Your data
We keep what you tell us in our customer records so we can follow up your request. Requests that don't go anywhere are kept for [HOW LONG WE KEEP ENQUIRIES], then deleted.
When you agree to an installer, we send them your name, contact details and the answers you gave about your home. They then hold your details too, under their own privacy notice.

Stopping contact
Changed your mind? Reply to any message from us, or use the contact form, and say stop. We'll stop contacting you and won't pass your details on.
If you've already agreed to an installer, we'll tell them you've asked to stop. It's worth telling them yourself as well.
